After living the life of a commercial pilot, I made the decision to go back to school for computer engineering. Although I love aviation and appreciate the adventures it brought me, I have always been passionate about solving technological puzzles. What I love about computer engineering is that it bridges the gaps between software and hardware systems. In addition to my passions for technology and aviation, I am deeply enamoured with the great outdoors.  A perfect weekend for me would be spent canoeing or off-roading to a backcountry campsite, enjoying an aged cigar by the campfire, doing some birdwatching, and maybe some shooting or dirt biking.
